Behind inszenio is an interdisciplinary team of directors, actors, improvisers and facilitators, as well as experts in management, human resources and organizational development. Our founder Dr. Claudia Borowy combines over 30 years of stage experience with management expertise. Since 2025, Bernadette Höller has strengthened the team as co-managing director, bringing her experience in organizational and personnel development. Together we create formats that move you forward.

We think in scenes, not slides or 5-point plans. Every learning journey is built around your needs – team-oriented, playful, with plenty of room to experiment. Our toolkit combines theater-based approaches with solid organizational and management expertise. This includes scenic trainings where business situations are practiced together with professional actors, strengthening judgment and action skills. We also work with Augusto Boal's Forum Theater principle and various forms of corporate theater such as MiniDrama or Mirror Theater, as well as improvisation techniques and directing principles. This approach is complemented by expertise in leadership, communication and collaboration, HR development and Learning & Development, career development and Life Design, and Diversity Management. Which methods we use in transformation projects depends heavily on the starting situation and objectives.
