The Team

The People Behind inszenio

Under the roof of inszenio, stage professionals, coaches, and business experts work hand in hand — directors, actors, improvisers, and moderators alongside specialists in management, human resources, and organizational development. We equally love developing ourselves and sparking and supporting development in others.

Trainer & Managing Director

As a social scientist, entrepreneur, storytelling trainer, life design coach, and yoga teacher, I combine analytical perspectives with a very hands-on view of leadership, development, and collaboration. Since 2025, I've been part of the inszenio team — and I absolutely love it. I especially enjoy working with organizations in a way where we truly become one team for a while — whether in individual trainings or across longer transformation projects. My heart beats faster when complex topics can suddenly be captured in clear, simple sentences — sentences everyone stands behind and no one gets left out of. I'm also convinced that in our everyday work, we often have far more room to 'do things differently' than we feel. And if it really is the framework holding us back, then let's just reset it, right?

Trainer & Managing Director

In an era of AI-driven language models, the human factor becomes the decisive difference on the business stage. With my patchwork background as a journalist, theater director, creative director, and systemic coach, I combine tools from storytelling, the stage, and management. This is how I help organizations, teams, and individuals sharpen their impact as a brand on the business stage — with a voice that is unmistakably and authentically their own. Because I deeply believe: each of us has the freedom to direct our own (professional) life — with clarity about our role and responsibility toward the people around us.

Trainer & Actress

Coming from the stage, I'm still fascinated by what makes a performance effective — in theater just as much as in business. In my work, I'm often the first audience member: with a sense for what's already visible, what still needs shaping, and how presence, posture, and language interact. From my training at the Max Reinhardt Seminar, from stage, film, and television, and from my coaching certification with Team Dr. Rosenkranz, I bring experience in presence, impact, and strategic communication. I support leaders and teams in communicating even complex topics credibly and effectively. My focus areas are presence, communication, storytelling, pitch, and leadership and team development.

Actor

I stand there in person, for real. On stage — whether in theater or for a company. I observe, I listen, I speak (and speak up). I'm vulnerable. Let's forget the buzzwords and mindsets. Do we love life despite or because of its flaws? In my free time, I hike. When a storm blocks the path, I like going the 'extra mile' to still reach the cabin. The most important thing afterwards: sitting in the sun with a drink. True in the mountains and in life.

Actor

As an actor and author, I'm a storyteller. Whether I'm telling someone else's story or my own, on paper or on stage — what matters to me is the human element that everyone can connect with. When we meet and understand each other on an emotional level, we can truly see one another, even if we have different views, experiences, and realities. My goal is to pick people up with stories, accompany them for a while, and send them back into everyday life a little richer.

Dave Luza

Trainer & Facilitator

As a Dutch improvisation actor and drama pedagogue, I've spent many years on international stages. This experience also shapes my work with organizations and teams: being attentive to what's really happening in the room. In trainings and workshops, I pick up stories from the room, recognize patterns, and make dynamics visible — precisely, directly, and often with a good dose of humor. My enthusiasm for play, group dynamics, and board games also shapes my perspective on collaboration and decision-making processes. That's where the real work begins.

Actor & Musician

Trained at Studio O 33 in Hamburg. Various engagements since 1995 in Hannover, Göttingen, Hamburg, and Quedlinburg, among others. Theater sports training with Volker Quandt. Numerous appearances as an improv performer, including at Harlekin Theater Tübingen. Part of the inszenio team since 2009.

Portrait Ilka Luza

Ilka Luza

Actress

As an actress in both scripted and unscripted theater, my focus is on comedy, improvisational theater, and prevention theater. In my work with adults and children, communication, self-image, and personal empowerment are at the center. Engagements have taken me to the KreschTheater Krefeld, the Städtische Bühnen Krefeld/Mönchengladbach, the Landestheater Neuss, and the Springmaus in Bonn, among others. Today I combine artistic work with workshops and trainings where humor, curiosity, and personal growth play a central role. I believe in creative spaces where people can experiment, strengthen each other, and grow beyond themselves.

Portrait Juliane Braig

Juliane Braig

Actress & Trainer

Trained at the Schauspielschule für Theater und Film in Cologne and with Jerry Coyle (Meisner technique) in New York. Engagements at tri-bühne Stuttgart, Forum Theater Stuttgart, and Landestheater Tübingen, among others. I'm a permanent ensemble member of the improv theater Kanonenfutter and teach at its associated improv school. My work moves between classical acting and improvisation. The focus is always on presence and authenticity. I'm drawn to the moment when something shifts: when control gives way and real moments emerge.

Portrait Kim Pfeiffer

Kim Pfeiffer

Actress

I'm an actress by passion and have been working at various theaters and as a voice-over and audio drama speaker since studying at the Folkwang Universität der Künste. Since 2011, I've been an ensemble member of the Shakespeare Company Berlin. For me, acting is above all about one thing: real contact with real people. In classical theater, there's the fourth wall between stage and audience. In business theater, that wall falls. Suddenly I encounter people with real issues, conflicts, and questions who want to actively participate and change something. It's precisely this moment when theater and reality merge that drives me. I'm drawn to theater that doesn't perform but touches people, evoking the feeling: 'I know this. That's me.' This pausing, recognizing, and thinking further is for me the essence of corporate theater — and the reason I've so enjoyed working at inszenio since 2006.

Actor & Moderator

M.A. in Intercultural Studies from Columbia International University. Found his calling in training and workshop facilitation in 2007. Accredited LSI consultant and 9Levels coach. Training focus: intercultural communication, conflict management, and lateral leadership.

Portrait Tania Carlin

Tania Carlin

Actress & Moderator

Clear communication, stage presence, perspective shifts, and the courage to face the unknown are the common thread of my work. As an actress and moderator on stage and in front of the camera, I learned the 'Yes' mindset, focus, and perspective shifts that also form the foundation of my trainings. Through my teaching work in London with children with learning difficulties, I learned to design methods creatively and tailor them individually to people. As a systemic constellation facilitator and systemic coach, I support individuals and organizations in understanding stuck situations, developing new solutions, and leveraging existing strengths. My work becomes a pleasure when people at the end of my trainings can clearly communicate their competence and fill their role unmistakably thanks to their personality. I've been part of the inszenio team since 2011.

Portrait Vera Kayh

Vera Kayh

Director & Actress

My great passion is observing, listening, and creating. As a trained directing student at the Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg, I find myself in the leadership position of a temporary company with many employees from film to film, each time anew. In every project, I value the negotiations around communication tools, expectations, and responsibilities — clarifying these brings us to peak performance in stressful situations while keeping us human. As a trained actress with professional theater experience and a director who knows 'both sides,' I see mutual respect, eye-level communication, and trust as the foundation for every successful collaboration.
